I thought I would keep this week a little light-hearted winding down 2008. Yes, it seems like Social Networking has become a war of sites. Each has their place. I wish this had some of your business Social Networks in it like Linkedin & Plaxo. It does seems like all these sites are getting to become overwhelming, but can YOU really click the Shutdown icon?

The next wave of social networking is geo-social networking. Loopt has a great app to be able to know where you are and where all your connections & friends are. The video shows the app for iPhone but is/will be available for all platforms. You may have a client who you would never know is at the airport at the same time as you. You can catch up with a friend who is around the corner who you been wanting to catch up with. It will allow you to get more face time and make the hi-tech experience hi-touch where we can make a deeper & more personal connection.

Question is when will Facebook, Twitter, & Linkedin join in the party?
